I would just like to thank Chris in particular for coming to my rescue last week when all else most definitely failed, including the RAC. He restored my faith in human nature by firstly bothering to stop and offering help when I was stranded on the roadside with 2 blown tyres, and then going above and beyond by driving me safely to my destination so I could get to a work venue and even collecting me at the end of the day and reuniting me with my car and fixing it – fabulous customer service.
